Delivery
We deliver to all countries in the EU. If you wish to have books shipped to other countries, please contact us directly.
We ship within three days from the received order. Shipping is provided by GLS directly to your postal address. You will receive an email message when the items have been dispatched.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with details about weather the item will be back in stock and expected time frame.
Payment
Online payment is provided by QuickPay/Clearhaus. By completed payment you will be redirected to your online receipt, and you will receive a receipt in your mailbox. Please check your folder for unwanted mail, if you don't find the order confirmation in your inbox. The paid amount will not be withdrawn from you account until the items have been shipped.
In your bank account you will find payments to us by the name (descriptor) BugBook Publishing.
Cancellation
Du har 14 dages fortrydelsesret efter forbrugeraftaleloven. De 14 dage regnes fra modtagelsen af dine varer. Ved fortrydelse tilbagebetales købesummen. Varen skal tilbageleveres i væsentlig samme stand og mængde, som den var ved købers modtagelse. Hvis du returnerer en vare bedes du vedlægge ordrenummer samt bankoplysninger til returbeløbet, hvis ordren er betalt. Du kan eventuelt kontakte os pr. email eller telefon med disse oplysninger før du sender varen.Reklamation
